AI for Executives

Strategic framing.
Hands-on grounding.

A half-day or full-day session for the leadership team — run on your industry, with your regulatory context, using your stack. You leave with a written deliverable, not a stack of slides.

The session

Three movements.
One outcome.

Strategic framing on its own becomes wallpaper. Hands-on time without framing becomes a workshop. The session combines both — and ends with the leadership team aligned on what happens next.

Part 1

Strategic framing

Where AI is reshaping your industry, your workforce, and your decision-making — without the slideware. Tailored to your sector and the regulatory context you actually operate in.

Part 2

Hands-on grounding

Live demos and exercises with the tools the leadership team will be deciding about. Touching the work — not just hearing about it — changes the conversation.

Part 3

Alignment & deliverable

Working sessions to align the leadership team on POV, priorities, governance, and a 90-day plan. You leave with a written document, not a stack of slides.

What you leave with

A written deliverable.
Not a stack of slides.

01

Shared POV

A short written statement on what AI means for your business — the parts you'll embrace, defer, and avoid.

02

Top priorities

A ranked list of the highest-leverage AI interventions for your specific business, with rough effort estimates.

03

Governance framework

Working policy on data handling, vendor selection, output review, and what's allowed versus what isn't.

04

90-day plan

What you'll start, who owns it, and how you'll know it's working — by the next quarterly review.

“Most AI exec sessions are a keynote with extra steps. The difference here is that the leadership team leaves with a written POV they actually agreed on.”

How it works

Three steps.
Nothing wasted.

  1. 01

    Discovery call

A 30-minute conversation with whoever's organizing — usually CHRO, COO, or chief of staff. We surface the questions on the table.

  2. 02

    Tailored agenda

We design the session around your industry, your regulatory context, and the decisions that need to be made by quarter-end.

  3. 03

    The session

Half-day or full-day with the leadership team. Strategic framing, hands-on demo, alignment work — and a deliverable in your hands at the end.

FAQ

What gets asked
on the prep call.

How long is the session?
Half a day (3–4 hours) or a full day (6–7 hours). Full days produce stronger deliverables; half days work for teams already aligned on direction.
Who should be in the room?
The decision-makers. Typically C-suite plus one or two senior operators who'll own follow-through.
Remote or in-person?
Strongly prefer in-person — the alignment work depends on it. Remote is possible for half-day formats with smaller groups.
What kind of preparation is involved?
A short pre-read for participants and a 60–90 minute prep call with the organizer. We do the heavy lifting, not your team.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on length, prep depth, and travel. Book a discovery call and we'll send a proposal within one business day.

Next step

A 30-minute call
to scope the session.

You describe the leadership team and the questions on the table. We send a tailored agenda within one business day — or tell you honestly if this format isn’t the right fit.
