1:1 Executive Coaching

Coaching shaped
to your calendar.

A private engagement that starts with a conversation. Every session, you bring a live problem from the week and we solve it together — with async support in between.

The principles

Three things
we don’t bend.

Most coaching engagements drift into curriculum delivery. This one stays anchored to your real work — and that’s where the difference shows up.

01

Live problems, not curriculum

Every session, you bring something real from the week — a decision you're facing, a piece of work you're behind on, a tool you're being pushed to use. We work it together.

02

Cadence shaped to your calendar

Weekly, fortnightly, or on-demand around launches, board cycles, or hiring. The cadence serves your work, not a coaching template.

03

Async support between sessions

Voice notes, short written replies, and quick reviews when you need a second opinion before sending something. You're not alone between calls.

How it works

Four steps
to get started.

  1. 01

    Discovery call

A free 30-minute conversation. You describe where you are, what's pressing, and what success looks like over the next quarter.

  2. 02

    Readiness assessment

A short AI readiness assessment so we both start with a clear picture of your starting point and the gaps worth closing.

  3. 03

    Session plan

I build a session plan around your real work — not generic curriculum. We adjust as your priorities shift.

  4. 04

    Sessions begin

Live problems, real solutions, async support between calls. In person where logistics allow; video where they don't.

“The thing that changed for me wasn’t the tools. It was having someone in my corner who’d already used these things at scale, telling me what was actually worth my time.”

FAQ

What people ask
on the first call.

How often do we meet?
Most clients sit somewhere between weekly and fortnightly. Some go on-demand around launches or board cycles. We'll agree on the cadence in the first session and adjust as needed.
How long is each session?
Sixty to ninety minutes. Long enough to actually work on something, short enough to fit a senior calendar.
Remote or in-person?
Both. In-person where we can — first session, important moments. Video for the working rhythm in between.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. Every program depends on the client — your needs, your availability, your timeline. We agree the cadence and length on the discovery call, and adjust as your priorities shift.
Confidentiality?
Yes — explicit confidentiality agreement. Nothing from sessions is reused, named, or referenced externally.
What does it cost?
Quoted privately after the discovery call, based on cadence, length, and async support level. Most engagements run quarterly.

Next step

A short conversation.
No commitment.

Thirty minutes, private, off-the-record. You describe what you’re working through. I tell you honestly whether coaching is the right shape — and if it isn’t, what is.
